To cancel a rental, go to your ‘Rental History’ and select ‘View Details’ for the rental you would like to cancel. You can then cancel your rental by selecting ‘Manage My Rental’.

To confirm your cancellation, please email us via help@gantrent.co.uk.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of receiving your confirmation email will be refunded in full, unless the start date is less than 48 hours away. Any cancellation made after this 48-hour period, will incur a charge of 30% of the rental fee. Dry-cleaning and postage costs will be refunded in full.

For rentals with a next-day delivery request, your order will be refunded in full provided it has not yet been shipped. In the instance that the order has been shipped, a shipping charge will remain and the remainder of your order will be refunded.
