Rest assured, the charge will sit as pending on your credit or bank card statement until the booking has been confirmed. In some instances, your bank may not distinguish pending from actual charges, but we can confirm that no money will be taken from your bank account until you receive a rental confirmation email. If you cancel your rental before it has been approved or if the ID verification is not completed within 48 hours and therefore expires, the charge is released by your bank and the pending charge will appear in your account. Please note that this process can sometimes take several business days depending on your bank.
